I can’t say a bad word about Jay - he is an absolutely amazing photographer. I saw his pictures on instagram and was sold already, but then when I spoke to him about our wedding plans and the visions I had for the photos we were both completely aligned so I knew he was the one for us. On the day, we barely noticed him there - he kept the “posed” photos natural and didn’t make us stand outside for hours. It was so relaxed and absolutely what I wanted. We aren’t naturals in front of the camera at all! When the photos arrived I was so happy, there were so many and in all of them you can really get a sense of how the day was and how much fun & joy we all felt. I cannot recommend Jay enough - I love the pictures. Thank you Jay!

Jays natural ability to make anyone feel at ease came through in our photos. Trying to get the best out of people, during a pandemic whilst wearing masks and distancing was no easy task, but he absolutely smashed it. He somehow still managed to capture the love and emotion and we couldn’t be happier. We cannot stop looking back at our photos because they are simply magical. A couple of things that set Jay apart from other photographers is the raw, ‘real’ style of his photos, not staged or corny. He hasn’t airbrushed or filtered imperfections, instead he has thought more about the emotion and character. It makes the photos more up to date, modern and cool. He captured some great photos of our 2 year old just chilling and acting like a dude. Also Jays vibrant, friendly personality sets him apart from others. He is so fun to be around and we wanted him to stay on for the rest of the wedding as our guest because he fit in so well. The whole family loved him. We would 100% recommend Jay for any event. In fact when lockdown is over we are planning on having a massive wedding party so that we can celebrate with loved ones who couldn’t attend our wedding and we are going to ask Jay if he could photograph this event as well because we were so pleased. Myself and my partner had seen an idea of a puppy to adult photo shoot elsewhere, and wanted to recreate this with our new puppy. We contacted Jay to discuss our options, and he was very open to the idea. Jay made our shoot very easy considering we had a 13 week old puppy! The whole duration was fun, professional, relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyable! The finished product was everything we hoped for and more, and we cannot wait to come back for our adult session! We couldn't recommend Jay enough!
